Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the order must still contain all associated parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when you received the product. Normal handling of the product is acceptable, but damage caused by improper use is excluded. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. If the product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt, you are eligible to return it.
We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer. A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if all conditions are met, officially accepted within this timeframe. We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please send an email to
contact@code-toronto.com. Your email must include your order number, the reason for return, a photo of the product (if it is defective), your full name and your address.
We will then contact you with the correct return address. Please do not return the item to the sender. You will receive the correct address upon request. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cancellation
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days if they are natural persons entering into the transaction for purposes not related to their trade, business, or profession.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the final item. Because we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. As such, we can only interrupt the shipping process once the product is delivered. Refunds are not possible after the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (CØDE Toronto) with a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Please note: our products are shipped from our central warehouse, so longer transit times may occur that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is no longer possible. We advise you to wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest return process, we kindly ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments made by you as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days after we have been informed of your decision and received the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
